Once we have received your order, we will aim to get your items dispatched within 3 working days.
We make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable. If you do not receive your goods within the time quoted please email sales@demelza.org.uk
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will notify you of the reason within 5 working days of the original order date and give you the option to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Demelza Hospice Care for Children will have no other liability to you in the event of delay in delivery.
All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order; please make sure the correct delivery address is quoted at the time of ordering.

Should your order disappoint you in any way, simply contact us for a refund in full assuming we receive the unwanted/faulty item in satisfactory condition within 14 days of the order date. Please note, if you have ordered a product and the size does not fit, postage costs are incurred by you the customer.
Our guarantee and returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that the colour of images may be affected by the availability of images or the technology used to access this site.
We will use reasonable commercial efforts to load faithful reproductions of the product offered, and please refer to the description of the product alongside the image to confirm colour and dimensions.
Sizes are usually given as height, width and depth, in that order. Some of our products are made from natural materials, where some normal colour variations may also occur. Goods are offered for sale on this site subject to availability.
